We are not affiliated with George Mason University, however we are geared towards student living. We offer individual leases that begin in August.

We offer individual leases to give you peace of mind that if another roommate does not pay you are not financially responsible. All rates are per bedroom/per person. With an individual lease you are only responsible for the amount on your lease agreement. Keep in mind if you sign elsewhere with a joint lease you are financially responsible for the entire lease amount.

No worries, we have an excellent roommate matching program! Keep in mind if it is just you, you can sign in any floor plan and we will help you find other roommates. Stop by our office to look at profiles of others who are in need of roommates as well.

Cable, internet, and trash are all included in rent.

We are off campus housing that is geared towards student living! With offering individual leases and fully furnished units we are here to make college living easier! Keep in mind since we are off campus this is just like living in your own apartment, but with all of the perks!

The Flats will house 825 of your fellow students and friends! Can you imagine living in a community with all of your friends and being able to hang out at the pool, do late night studying and also enjoy the fitness center all together! The Flats will also host regular events for you to get to know your neighbor! Nothing like a good Taco Tuesday event!
